What do you do when you can’t budge the 3 hub bolts? I don’t think that a little ratcheting wrench would do anything to move the typical frozen bolts. Did they really come off that easily? I tried a torque wrench at 110 foot pounds and could not move them. I was afraid to go higher fearing I would shear them.

i’m about to replace front cv axel and bearing on a 1991 cherokee limited. bearing is $9.60, axel is $55.00 plus tax. i think it will be different than this video shows on bearing. great vid though. anticipation was killing me though when you went off on the tool tangent.

I got all the way to taking off the old bearing assembly< then it froze on me, i couldn't move it off. I tried the tourch amd WD40 hammers brute strength ect... its stuck on there! any ideas how to get the old one off?
I put the HUb on an now my rotors are now stuck in the arm that hold the hub.
would replacing the rear wheel assemblies call for the same steps you took in this video on a 2008 patriot?
i have a 2000 wrangler n i have that wobble,its def in rt tire,i had 3 wheel alignments ,no one coulod figure it out n i thought it might be ther problem,i bought the bearing on ebay 48.00 to the door,ill change it tomorra after i get tools,thanks for the informative video n ill let u know how it comes out.thanks for your vids

not sure why that happened, my apologies. i will reedit the video and post it up. the only thing at the end was torquing the axle nut to 175ft-pounds and putting on the wheel. thanks for the heads up
and the axle nut is 175 ft-pounds

That helped me out a ton. Sounds like one of my front bearings went out over the weekend & will need replaced. I’ll just need a couple of tools and should be able to do this. Were you able to find the torque spec?
