Don't take the top trip out before you get the headlight off. It breaks easily
My 2007 XC70 has plastic lenses, and no wipers, but it looks like it would be a fairly similar operation.
The bottom plastic fastener doesn’t need to be drilled, just push the center piece in.
Can you put these glass headlights on a 2006 car which has plastic lens?

And I should very much like to tell the person at Volvo what I think about a design that require you to go through all that, just to change a ruddy lightbulp.

Great tip on the sliding/tension brackets. 8:55 I was like "hoses… Hoses… HOSES!" — exactly a mistake I would make 🙂 Also 4:38, for the love of God, designers, make a hole in the plastic for the third bolt.
