That would most leikely be a dealer level tool that every dealership is required to buy as part of the agreement they have to sell and repair new vehicles. As such its shipped to every dealership and charged to every dealership. Simply get the ford tool number walk into any dealership ask to speak with a mechanic and slide him $20 plus the tool number and tell him you will have it back in 3 hours top or next business day supply him with address and drivers license number so he knows you will be coming back. Been doing this for 40 years now and everyone likes a lil cash every now and then. No need to buy a tool that is at every dealership and the mechanics there do not want to use it or dont even know it exists. thousands upon thousands of unopened boxes of special tools are in back rooms ov every dealership why buy a tool when they are everywhere to be borrowed . give um $50 and he might say never to return it ?
