I have a 1995 Toyota Avalon with 330000 MI it's been taken care of has the original fuel pump it purrs like a kitten I'll drive it till the wheels fall off one of the best cars I ever owned and I owned a lot of cars and fixed cars my whole life my friend's got a third-generation Hemi needs the cam and lifters that sounds about right have a great day thanks for the videos keeps me inspired

The fuel pump issue was that the plastic impeller deformed in gasoline, correct? Denso used the wrong plastic. To Denso's credit, it was not an electric failure like most crappy fuel pump makers would have. But pretty annoying they used too cheap of a plastic so the impellers failed.

People are used to mass recall for the simplest things. Seat bets, accrerator pedals, brake pedal. ABS computer, fuel liquage, wheels falling apart. etc.
This summer I rented a car from HERTZ, When I got home I started to look over the Registration and it expired 30 days a go they have Permeate Plates from FL. HERTZ told me to drive it, I said nope and called the cops they ran the plates it came back not expired, yet HERTZ could not fax over the correct paperwork? When I turned in the car a huge sign posted on their door stating DO NOT REMOVE NOTICE YOU OWE US PROPERTY TAX SINCE 5MO ago and you didn't send in the payment as agreed to. I went on and posted that picture to HERTZ and others. They have a lot of issues
A lot of car manufacturers must use the same parts because so many are having the low pressure fuel pump problem! So many different reasons it's hard to find a newer car I'd want.
Hertz will blame their outsourced software contractors for the problem.

It amazes me that the cops found that particular car! In NC you cannot have the windows tinted to measure darker than 32% light transmission but is see many cars with the drivers and passenger's windows so dark that the driver has to roll it down to see out of it! But the cops can't seem to find those cars!
