Is this a Suzuki GZ250? Im currently building one from 1999 with a couple donor bikes
Sounds like low fuel pressure to me. Or not getting enough fuel Anyway.
Valve lash adjustment maybe? Make sure the carb is doing alright and jetted correctly but other than that all i can think of is some hairline cracks that open up when hot.
