Use a smoke machine it's very easy to located leak problems. I have done so when I had a leak.

A decent camera with autofocus would make your video production so much easier for you. I notice that your are using a DSLR for a camera. Something like a Canon EOS 600D or something? Very good camera indeed, but a simple point and shoot camera like a Sony ZV-1F for example would make your production quality so much better! 🙂
