A clue is pronunciation of Porsche. Synthetic oil was a game changer for engines. Just keep oil clean with filters. Synthetic oil doesn’t wear out like petroleum oil. In earlier oil, like Quaker State the manufactures recommended oil changes at 3-5 thousand miles in the 1950s and early 60s. So, to think oil is not years better now is silly.

Porsche aging isn’t in the engine, but electronic, suspension, control arm, name it. They are poor quality car. My 2017 GTs turn into almost junk, but the engine is running great everything else turned bad.
