Good video. Thanks!
Hello. I enjoyed your video. I have a question. I have a 72 Olds Cutlass Supreme. As I was getting ready to install my new water pump, I realized that the plate behind the pump has a little bit of play at the top. I am worried that coolant will seep around the outlets. I did not remove the bolts that hold it onto the block, and don't know if the plate should be sealed against the block, or if the pump will seal the plate tight so that no fluid will leak. I have never removed the backing plate and did not know if there was a gasket behind it as well. Thank you.
