A flooded ANY car should be scrapped. You will fight rust and electrical gremlins forever unless you replace the wiring harnesses and every electronic device.

love your videos, but to be honest a flooded electric vehicle is a writeoff, i lost both an ev and a hybrid to a flood, after dismantling the hybrid battery, and controllers, all control circuitry, grounds AND connectors were in various states of disrepair. a huge problem was the communication wires, many of them failed at the crimps within the harnesses. I'd also recommend changing THE WHOLE WIRING HARNESS and at that point, its pretty much an economic write-off.
