I was struggling getting cover back on. I was messing with it for about 15 minutes and was getting frustrated. Found your video and it worked like a charm. Thank you so much for saving me a head ache.

Totally agree , terrible design by Nissan.
Hook lower corner of filter into slot. Rotate counter clockwise as you feed it in. Push down into the middle of the pleated area. Upper corner will pop inside the slot. Feed it in more. Curl lower right corner under and pop it inside the slot. Then press in the middle of the right side inwards until upper right corner pops in. I’ve done 12 of these in my lifetime. Best way I’ve found.
Great tips! I still dont understand why Nissan put it there? Other makes already put it behind gloves box.
