Move Timing one tooth in either direction! Saves time during replacement. Works on Cam and Crank Sprockets as long as there is room for the tool to pass by the covers. Works with BELT ON AND TENSIONED. Works with hydraulic or fixed tensioners. Check out my FULL LENGTH Video for more information on how to do this!

What kind of marker is that ?
Mean while after you stretch your belt out doing this it stalls out on the road
THIS FIRES NOT WORK FOR A 3.5 V6 HONDA, I RIPPED MY TIMING BELT LIKE A DUMMY
Damage and stretch the belt
Can you do that with a timing chain as well
Having this problem right now, thanks for the hack!!
Looks like it was 1/2” off with your mark.
Whats another tool to use? this, looks like it streaches the belt. I recently did my time belt and im off 1 tooth on the cam sprocket?
If i had money id give a tip for using Tropico music.
I paid a shop in another state and no time to go back after finding it wasn't quite right .And no money to have it done again. It's running ok but sucking twice the fuel. Another mechanic made a quick distributor rotate test and determined one cam might be one tooth off. I'll be pulling the upper cover to inspect. If so, I'll be trying this!
