I found this part broken and after a long search found only one source in the country for a new one. It did not fit because the shaft is keyed on the old one but not on the new one. I then repaired the broken plastic part and put everything back together.
Initially the top part of the broken plastic piece was inserted in the hole in the metal arm and looked like it caused it to rotate to push the throttle. When glued together and reinstalled, the plastic part did not push the metal arm far enough to engage the throttle at all.
