Jumping the starter doest mess anything up?
@roberthemechanic can you advise if know what to do if I change it to the emulator and reprogrammed the key got the steering wheel unlocked everything works once the key is in but still no crank what could be the problem? Pleaseee help the car starts with the bypass but won’t crank
common problem, 10cent motor fails, 200eur to fix + labor

I did this job four times, I really don't think I want to do it again, two of the times was on my personal vehicles and the other two was good friends of my dad… I really good now.
Mi steering is free on my c230 but my key won’t turn lol but battery is new so these are just problems apparently with these
Did you try removing the key?
