My black dodge was starting to get some micro swirling, so I brought it to a shop and had them polish it. When I picked it up, it was destroyed, it looked so bad in the sun that even my eight year old was like " why does it look so bad dad)
It was power swirled all over and in the sun looked horrible

That is a clear coat surface mark, and looks far worse that it actually is, a scratch affects the actual paint, not just the clear coat.

This guy is full of shit! Every time he pulls out that machine, he's removing clear coat. There's removal every time he hits that switch. He does other people's cars and gets paid. You can not continuously buff your vehicle whenever you get a scratch, or you'll be looking at a very expensive paint job that'll never look like a factory job! Hand wash and wax.
