74.00.324A is supposed to be the last version for the original Mazda Connect firmware and I show you how to update to it. This version does support CarPlay and Android Auto, in case you don’t already have that. You will need Mazda Connect version 70.x or above for CarPlay/AA and the firmware must be updated before installing the updated USB hub. Will this work on my 2015 Mazda 6, it never been updated since I bought it
I went to Mazda and they did it for no charge since there is an extended warranty available.
Are we able to do this at all if we cant get past a stagnant Mazda logo? Previously the screen was just black, disconnected the battery and was able to get the logo to come up, did a combination of the restart buttons (mute, nav, music etc.) but I cannot get past the Mazda logo and no loading circle will pop up when I use the reset combinations. Please any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm currently running version "74.00.230 NA N" when I follow the instructions exactly, the car says something about no firmware found when I press '99', them click on the red searching button. Any thoughts? Has anyone upgraded from a lower revision while still running 74.00?

I have tried downloading several times cmu150_NA_74.00.324A But when i try to do a Checksum the hash values MD5 and SHA-1 values do not match please help.
