2014 S1 Lotus Evora Front Brake Disks and Pads Replacement
A DIY on how to change the front brake discs and brake pads on a series 1 NA Evora.
Stuck Pad retaining Pins didn’t help what should have been a 5 minute job

Changing the pads and discs should be similar to the V6 Exige, I would imagine

00:49 – Disk Retaining Screw
01:22 – Remove Brake Pad retaining Pins
02:49 – After using release agent
03:19 – Still hammering away
03:48 – Work the Pin out
04:28 – Take Pin out safely
05:00 – Remove Pads
05:29 – Retract Brake Pistons
05:54 – Remove Caliper
06:44 – Remove Disc
07:17 – Clean Disk Mating Face
08:11 – Re-Fit Disk
09:14 – Clean up all faces
09:43 – Refit Disk
10:19 – Re-fit Callipers
11:43 – Torque Wrench
11:56 – EBC Pads
12:10 – Retaining Pins In
12:45 – Spring Plate and 2nd pin
13:11 – OUTRO
