Great job guys! been following you for years! Love seeing the A/C working! The high side pressure caught my eye @49:58. It's way too high! Excessive high side pressure will over work the compressor leading to failure and also poor heat exchange of the condenser. If the compressor is cutting out from the high side pressure switch you have a problem. Need better air flow across the condenser or you have too much refrigerant in the system. Grab your 609 certification, it's easy to get, and buy refrigerant the right way and cheaper than those cans! Add by pressure, letting the system settle for a few minutes and see how much you have added by ….. weight! You'll need a scale but worth buying the tools. You will use them again with all the cars you have lol. You can fine tune the charge once you have really hot days. Oh, and pro tip, leave the doors open and the A/C on high and see if you can get at least a 30 degree differential from ambient temp. Sweet spot is 40-50 difference. Example with 85 ambient you should easily get 40 out of the vents. The temp sensors and expansion valve should help keep the system cycling with an evaporator core temp around 36-38*. You can run colder but you risk freezing the core if the compressor doesn't cycle to provide a pause for the core to warm above freezing temperature. Which begs the question of what you did for the condensate problem. With the box moved you will need a way for the water from the HVAC box to exit the cabin or you will have a wet floor!
I’d approach this with more caution. I talk about that mindset on my channel.
