the regular seem to not be currently avalaible. Is there an alternative that you reccomend?

@reddodge4423 says:

Thank you for making this video I have the exact same welder, and I’m going to convert it to mig. Went to the local gas shop so see if they could order the parts they could order me the conversation kit for 500+. They showed me the there order screen and it was listed for over 600.

@William-l7w3g says:

Does the 3/16th clear hose just slip on or do u use a clamp

@ReginaAmaya-i3h says:

How big of a generator you need to run this welder?

@MuleSkinner007 says:

I just bought the same welder for 150 bucks of Facebook market place. Already came converted for gas. I didn’t realize it at first but I’m glad it does

@EricRiddle-vw4nr says:

So will the old flux gun and cord work or do you need to upgrade

@SelfFulfilledTragedy says:

Quick question I found one of these units for 125 used…what should I look for as far as problems before buying..they have flux on it

@BrianJohnston-z4k says:

This guycis clumsy.

@riccysnow1760 says:

found one of these welders on facebook market place for 150$ should i buy it ? trynna start welding stuff up at home n to my cats

@jeffreystrader3191 says:

To get argon to gun nozzle do you need to upgrade to new hose to gun argon style

@teddysgunshop2318 says:

Awesome video

@terencebarnett113 says:

Use mig weld it’s co2 and cheaper

@epluribusunum5405 says:

That is probably the solenoid I bought about 1 year ago to convert mine. Had the CO2 regulator and hoses, I use 75/25 with 309 works good.

@charlesgregory9763 says:

Best video I've seen yet, answered all my questions. And I'm a seasoned welder.

@chevysixty6 says:

Great video. But why did you switch polarity

@wncrc says:

hell yeah brother

@Comm0ut says:

Tip to weld longer and hotter with a small or any machine: CO2 stores as liquid under pressure and runs hotter than MIG mix making it quite handy for small welders. For even more convenient portability I use a high quality Milton brass pneumatic chuck and nipple (chuck on the regulator, nipple on the green gas hose) as a gas disconnect which beats breaking out a wrench every time.
The little "kegerator" size CO2 cylinders work nicely for mobile work as do various size steel cylinders. CO2 cylinders are CGA 320 thread which uses a crush washer (I buy those by the bag and zip tie a few to my equipment so I never have to hunt one). Many MIG manufacturers include the CGA 320 to CGA 580 (MIG mix, helium, argon) brass adapter with their machines but they're cheap online and your local welding supply should stock them if ya need one quick. Search "Western # 806 Co2 Cylinder Adapter CGA 320 to CGA 580 " for what they look like.

@Strangerer69 says:

Where’s the satisfying proof that it works video?

@Comm0ut says:

Lincoln has all their manuals online including most of the ancient gear. (So does Miller). Well worth downloading. The little 100s are in so many body shops because they fit inside vehicles. I have other welders and suitcase feeders but the WP has a very nice arc. I followed this basic recipe and it works a treat. No way was I paying for the kit when my welder was only 100 clams.

@MECHANICD8892 says:

Hey I have a question for you. I'm a beginner I just got the same welder. I wanna ask some questions brother and I need some advice

@TeamCheap1 says:

NICE thanks.

I can't tell you how many times i go looking for what i need in the garage just to see if i have it, can't find it, and as soon as i get home with one I'll see one of whatever I just bought sitting almost waiting for me.

@dubbleA100 says:

Do you need to change the gun liner? I got this exact welder from some guy and he already did all the conversion stuff but the last time he used it, the machine was on flux. He told me to change the gun liner, because I needed to…..

@Isaac_Hanna says:

Thank you for the video! I'm looking to do this conversion on my own weld pak 100. Any recommendations on where to get an argon bottle for a reasonable price?
