I replaced the dash and door panels from another car in a junkyard. My car looks good as new. This is a great alternative. Good job!
How’s the wrap holding up a year later?
I wish you can help me install the suede on my cracked dash! This car I bought used had the previous owner literally taking their Lexus rx330 in to the dealership every 3,000 miles for service. It was an elderly couple. Shame on dealership for not telling them about the dash recall!!
I asked the Lexus dealer how much it would cost to replace it all and they said at least 2.5-3k
How does it look in the long term?, is still looking nice?

The same thing happened with my 2006 Lexus IS250. Sticky Dashboard and door panels. Lexus replaced all at absolutely no charge!
How exactly are you doing the separate pieces on the doors but making them look like it's one? I tried to pay attention but the time lapse made it hard to tell
must have used the same plastic that they used in the Mk6 gold door handles.
Sticky dash issue is still happening with "new" Vehicles.
I had a new provided work vehicle, it was a 2021 Ford EcoSport , in less than 2 years the dash was sticky.
Just wondering how this is holding up? Has it started to come unstuck anywhere yet. You did a great job but I worry about how long it will last especially in the heat. Also wondering would this have any effect on the airbag in an accident?

Can i still put it on if there are some deep ripe and i can see the yellow foam too in patches or should i put some epoxy putty to make it even? Also how much length do i need to order to cover dashboard and all the 4 door trims.
