Apart from the HP, the Mercruiser provides, what are the advantages compared to the genuine engine,pls. Will the gearbox (LT76 ?) stand the increase in power? ( My son and me swapped the 2.25 petrol for a 200TDi Discovery 1 engine ( Series 3 109, ex-mod, 1984) some years ago. Heinz
