My Range Rover sport L494 tailgate would work intermittently, I changed fuses and changed both main and secondary batteries, now works like a charm, tailgate button won’t work if car is locked, but will operate if car unlocked, and will
always operate regardless by pressing the remote control.
I absolutely love my car, my hybrid and stop start was also solved by installing new batteries.
