Call it coincidence or not!!!. I saw your video about 2 days back and the very next day found an automatic tj 2005 with the exact same problem. Ended up buying it from Geelong, drove it all the way back to Adelaide…709kms in 9.5 hrs with a few coffee and lunch breaks included. The gearbox perfectly worked after I followed your guidance!!!! Do you know if the push button rod doesn’t come out, does that mean it’s not broken? Mine won’t pull out and is stuck in park
