14’ Isuzu 4HK1 turbo replacement with major diag in P0045 code that would not go away!! Finally figured out the crap solenoid motor that came with the replacement turbo was faulty/shorted, and after replacing worked flawlessly. Turbo also required replacing because of major rust and frozen vane shaft. Replacement came in an Isuzu box,.. later found to be mid grade with faulty sol motor. Buy FACTORY parts!! @MechanicTechnicianRepair He helped me tremendously! Great guy!

Did you change the actuator in the case? Did he burn because of a short circuit in the whip?
