Yeah I just changed mine and its on the passenger side. I personally took the whole canister out and put it back in i. 15 mi utes. You need a 12mm socket and a long extension.
I haf a P0447, and I also changed the Valve in the engine bay under the i take cover on the rear of the motor.
All codes are clear. My engine had a cracked hose and i changed the solenoid and cut the end with the crack. Now i have to buy a hose.

That’s vent control valve close to passenger side rear wheel well purge valve is in front (engine bay)
