DO NOT BUY THIS SCAN TOOL!!! Launch does not inform you that you need an account with NASTF in order to do this. Whxih is costly and you need a bunch of credentials..

i have a infinity g35S 2008 , honestly been struggling for so long trying to find what’s wrong with the car , but long story short my brother and i were putting a sound system and when he tried unplugging the battery he accidentally touched both terminals with the ratchet .
Any idea what could be my issue ?
Was the salvage yard bcm paired with the old key during this ?
What if mechanical locks work fine and passenger keyless entry is fine? Driver works if I push really hard. Failing BCM still?

So I took everything apart and check the bcm on mines and it’s fine no water damage and I cleaned all my grounds but my cluster still doesn’t work I get a few lights on like battery air bag and brake light everything is functioning properly tho my car is a 6mt so I don’t have a shift lock problem what do you think it could be also none of my illumination lights light up no signal indicators I do have a triple meter code and a meter code can communication code
