How to Change Your Infiniti Q50 Q60/Nissan Z Spark Plugs (VR30)

In this video we’re covering how to replace spark plugs in your VR30 Q50/Q60 as well as the Nissan Z. While there may be some slight changes with the Nissan Z the overall process should be almost identical. The valve covers are hidden underneath the intercoolers which makes this job slightly more tedious but still easily done as a DIY project. This took me around 40-45 minutes to do while filming the process.

Tools needed –

7mm, 10mm, 12mm sockets and ratchet
Needle nose pliers and screwdriver for stubborn hoses/connectors
Spark plug socket and torque wrench (torque to 11-14 ft lb)

The spark plugs used in this video are NGK SILZKBR8D8S 97506.
