Hey everybody. Thanks so much for clicking on this video. Unfortunately, if you are having the same problem I was, I’m afraid I’m gonna be the bearer of bad news. Customer came in with his 2018 Infiniti Q50, and he was having to climb out the window, or over the center console and climb out the passenger side. Turns out, the door latch assembly and actuator failed internally and would not move into the unlocked position. This prevented the door from being opened with the inner, our outer door handles. I wish I could’ve put a video together with an amazing tech tip on how to get it open. Unfortunately, this video is probably only gonna assist you in how to disassemble and destroy the door latch assembly. Hopefully, you can find some help within, if you are having the same problem.
