You dont have to take out the seat,I just did mine. The carpet has a 2unch by 4 inch piece cut already, but the just stitch a couple places. Simply cut the 3 or 4 stitches and lift the carpet up. You then can use a 10 mm socket and remove. After installing new only take it to your local auto parts store and they will reset the codes. No more abs,traction lights on.
