Do.i replace the sealant only or replace the whole thing?.

@idrawupay6077 says:

I want to buy one of these but the no spare tire is a deal breaker. What happens if you have a blowout and the inflator won’t cut it?
I have to call a tow truck for a flat tire?
That’s ridiculous. Do better.

@pigg20021 says:

The sealant is for one-time use. Once it's used, the kit/tire must be replaced. This turns into a very expensive repair, $1,200 plus. It's much cheaper to buy a full-size spare tire.

On long road trips, I use a Thule roof rack for our luggage. It sucks, but the spare goes in the hatch. Better to be safe than sorry.

@StopJumping says:

if a big Rusty NAIL is sticking into the tyre. will the sealant cover it to prevent the tyre from deflating again. I DON'T THINK SO.

@RobertBateman-fb3mq says:

If the tire blows out and you don't have a spare, it could put you in a dangerous situation. critics gives you a spare in TBE Camry and Rav4

@low11111111 says:

rav4 cx50 hybird carry spare tire.

This is the ONLY reason why i holdoff on buying crv hybrid.. I really like the car, its just thinking without spare makes me feel anxious..

@Jah_Kobi says:

Just used this is and the sealant seems to be very weak compared to other fix kits. It doesnt close the hole as i still hear the air leak and the sealant fluid is leaking out the hole. At best it put air in your tire and show you where a hole is.

Honda could at least include a jack

Update: Might have jumped the gun a bit. I drove the car to the nearest shop (15 min away) and while I was waiting in line to get service, I checked the tire again and I didnt hear the air leak anymore, nor did I see the sealant leaking out either. Should have realized it would take time and some movement to settle enough and fill the hole.

How can we change the fluid
