The Honda Part numbers I found for the O-rings are:
91345-RDA-A01 and 91370-SV4-000
Just a quick video showing how I replaced the O-Rings on the power steering pump inlet joint and high pressure line where it connects to the pump. The inlet joint o-ring was the cause of the noise and air leaking or being sucked into the power steering pump. This was causing the fluid to foam up and come out of the reservoir. It was also had a very loud whine which was increased when turning the steering wheel.
This is a simple DIY repair and you really just need a 10mm wrench or socket to do it. It’s also nice to have a tool to pick or pry out the o-ring on the high pressure line. I believe the TSB from Honda is only for the V-6, but the 4 cylinder models and some Acuras have the same power steering pump problem. It’s a very common problem with these pumps. Sometimes the noise will develop after doing a different unrelated repair like replacing the timing chain, or serpentine belt tensioner or alternator. Doing those types of repairs would require removing the power steering pump for access. The lines or O-rings at the plastic joint can sometimes be disturbed enough to leak or allow air to get in the system.
I ended up taking the inlet side o-ring back out and putting it back in a second time because the first time it didn’t seal well enough. I think I didn’t put enough power steering fluid on it and it probably got squeezed or hung up on the plastic end without fully seating like it should. When I put it in the second time, it worked great and the air bled out of the system after running it for just a few minutes and turning the steering wheel from side to side.
I should also mention that this car is due for a power steering fluid change, which should help quiet the pump down a little bit more.
It is highly recommended to use only Honda Brand power steering fluid.

mine only makes that loud noise when i turn to the left or right the power steering noise could it be my power steering orings?
I had exactly the same issue. Whirring sound and my tachometer was jumping up and down when driving. At first, the sound only occurred when driving, and not when turning the wheel. Then, a couple days later, it started happening in turns also. I bought the low presser o-ring (orange one) for $1.68 at Honda, swapped it in, and watched another video to learn how to change out the power steering fluid. This solved the problem and it's running great. Thanks!

Do you need to leave the cap off of the reservoir while turning the wheel to bleed?
It's amazing that no damage to the pump occured, running that long.
lucky u your pump is on the top easy to get at , not so on my 06civic pump is in a tight spot on the bottom
Guys my I have a crv i got noise and i changed the pump the high pressure hose and nothing same sound in the morning but when its hot no sound what could be im very confused

I would recommend buying the OEM O rings from the Honda dealership. I bought some after market on Amazon and did not do the trick. After I went to the dealership and bought the OEM O rings it worked!
