Dealer is charging $165 a hour for a message on my stereo "Update Failed – Return to Dealer" , why do we have to pay for a software update thats suppose to be free OTA, When my radio was working just fine, now i cant use the radio at all becuse it only loads this message.
My truck is a 2020 and has never had a update for it. Gm is a joke.
