Here the problem and what fixed my 2012 Acadia Denali. I had very random times the stabilitrak and traction control flash. The guages would sweep as well. Eventually it actually stalled on me but restarted without issue. The issue got worse and worse and every time the U0100 code would come up and then random other codes along with it. This process took a year to get this bad. I didnt believe any modules themselves were bad because it was so random. So I took about 6 hours, emery cloth and dielectric grease and proceeded to remove every ground, sand/clean and dielectric each one including the battery ground. Then I removed and cleaned best I could every module connector I could. The sketchiest one was the Brake Control Unit mounted to the master cylinder. I drove it for 200 miles with live data on my computer and nothing even glitched. It has been 1000 miles since I did this and it hasnt skipped a beat. First real issue I have had with my Acadia and we going on 190,000 miles.
