nope, is buy a new one and use it to spec the build, then turn one out of titanium
If they shrink then make em out of metal, metal will shrink but won't stay shrunk

Well that's not really gonna hurt your engine unless you're pushing the engine hard all the time causing a lot of wear metals, otherwise a regular oil change would make oil getting past the filter relatively negligible
Why not make it a $20 piece of metal?
So a $ 7 piece of plastic can destroy your engine!
