i keep on calling it a key whatever well it was the ignition i just couldn’t think of what to call it. The old ignition was weird because it wouldn’t work like at all with the covers on but took them off and it seemed to well although if-ish. I had a brand new i had bought and just decided to put it in anyway so the next person who owns it won’t have a hard time.

Just for anybody wondering what is wrong with my speech. I had a speech problem, and this thankfully has gone away. I just wanted to take this comment to thank you guys for the all the support and likes. I really appreciate it.

So glad I found this video. My other key insert was so sun rotted, it broke into pieces one day when I went to start it. Have a new one. Installing tomorrow

My daughter had the same impediment. I showed her in the mirror how it looked like she was placing her mouth in the correct positions, but on close examination it was different. She practiced a bit and in a couple days the impediment was gone❤️
What is the name of the part called? My 1998 Chevy Dually broke. It has a little button beside the key ignition that broke. The whole plastic ring broke as well. Thanks.
I can’t turn my key to start position because my ignition cylinder isn’t working correctly and that’s why I’m changing it but every video requiem to put it in start position to change it.
