I was a hotshot driver for 6 years with a 2016 f350 with a 6.7. I hear all these issues like this one and am wondering how I put 453,000 on my truck and never had these issues. I replaced a def tank pump, 1 front wheel bearing, brakes, oil changes etc. But never another issue and never even had a check engine light aside from the def pump.
Man, they make great torque but these newer diesels are just not worth it. I'll take 350lb-ft of torque from a full mechanical powerplant over 1,200 lb-ft in one of these every day, and twice on Sundays.
The secret killer for all diesel pickups is, starting it! Dont waste your money on a stupidly expensive truck you have to pour money into just to keep it running! Buy a boat. More bank for your buck.
Or if you don’t want to through the thousands of dollars for the conversion and don’t want to have to retune your truck so pump has accurate psi get a disaster prevention kit to save your injectors fuel lines etc. not as “reliable” considering it’s still the cp4 but if you don’t wanna fork out the money right away but still want to prevention worth it
Heui injection ftw
That’s the gayest truck I’ve ever seen.
I just keep my old stuff…thanks…
Yikes. Bad look
The owner of the truck must be compensating for something, I wonder what?

Am considering an OLD truck without any computer. Already have a rebuilt engine from the 1970s
That truck is a pavement princess
Question…..why wouldn't ford just put this on from the factory?
Everything in 2011 or newer Ford truck is a not so secret killer
How much you guys in bed with Ford for and all that supposed to be warranted by Ford
an inline filter kit would be cheaper and serviceable , just an idea
There's no X in the word especially
…….or don’t buy a ford

When you said FORD, I immediately understood.
Do you have to have a micro penis to own one of these "cool" trucks?
Just don’t get a Ford
That eliminates Ford from my new truck options
