Re sealing the valves and lapping a few on some 305 camel heads I'm putting on this 383 stroker. Seals come in tomorrow.

My Fel pro seals came with a plastic installer like that

I realize my opinion is valued to zero but ruining those grommets is very slim. Unless you are aggressively on heroin
