We recently blew a rusted brake line on the rear of my 1997 Ford Expedition which required removing the fuel tank. Conveniently the frame rails were rusted out right next to the fuel tank so we took the opportunity to make some structural repairs at the same time! This one is currently not for sale. When I have a stuck caliper bleeder I’ll smack the caliper casting part where the bleeder is threaded in….just enough to dent the casting and it’ll usually break the bleeder loose….if not…then the blue wrench comes out.

Fix the frame rail.
Man this thing wouldn't pass inspection in VA, they're strict about frame and floor rust here. Doors can be vented, rockers, cab corners, fenders, but not the frame / floors / structure. Funny thing is that I don't have much of a problem with this thing being on the road up there, 'cause y'all take care of your cars. But down here a truck like this would scare me 'cause there's too many people using drive through oil change places around here if you know what I mean. They don't even open their own hood, the hood is a forbidden zone of the car or something.

The new f350 at work dings non stop if your seat belt isn't on once you start driving. Real annoying. And my transit 250 only gets 14 mph. And it's no where near it's weight limit.
