AMEN! I haven't tried it yet, but thank you ahead of time! My display is glitching almost every time I drive my car (2017 Chrysler 300s). Everything just goes crazy changing stations, switching back and forth between the different functions on the display! Not sure if I need to replace the whole thing or just the touch screen like in your video.
Great video but i think we may have touched the ribbon cause it wont work at all after cleaning and putting new screen on luckily i purchased a back up digital screen for $100 that is working ok now .. but I would like to install original do u know where I can send to get it repaired?

For anyone who’s curious it’s not as easy as it seems and it may not fix the issue, also please do not use blade to get the glue off it can potentially crack your screen. I finished the job, the problem of screen dashing still was happening and now I have a crack in my screen which I didn’t have before ….
What if you just clean the goo then put the screen back on without buying a new one?
Do you think this would be the same fix if the screen had water damage? ( liquid air freshener ) No bubbling but it has faint lines and touch screen no longer works.
So does this fix the phantom touch caused by delamination my screen just spam touches everything and will hang up on people

I took off the whole screen instead of just the digitizer know I have to buy a whole screen for 200
Dealerships charge about $5k to do exactly this
So just to be clear, I ordered the new screen to fix this, my issue was it not responding to my touch and randomly clicking and glitching stuff! This new screen will fix that correct or is that something in the radio?
If the black cable came loose where does it go need help asap
