Open the glove box and detach black retractor on the left side. All you have to do is slide it towards the larger opening and it will slide out. Then push on both sides of the glove box to release the holders (one on each side). Glove box will drop down. Now detach three plastic tabs and remove it. Very easy.

Best option to get a replacement glove box is from used car market / salvage.
