I need to change these on my 2014 Ford Cmax Energi
Good morning where can I get those red body mounts? I looked on eBay for the original stuff 80 freaking dollars a piece. These companies are losing their damn mind. I made my own shit but seriously though where can I get those and hopefully they’re not gonna rip my mouth out.
How do you know when you need to replace them?
What size are those washers?
Laterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Polyurethane bushings squeak. That is all.
Thanks buddy.

Where can I get this mounts from???
Thc 4 video showing locati0n in detail
Show us u changing them.
I have one of the bolts snapped off inside the body mount. It's going to be fun if I ever change them
Every poly bushing I ever installed fell apart in a very short time. They just rot and crack and fall to pieces. I find the original rubber ones usually outlast the truck itself.
What's the part number
They're not that bad to do actually. But you know bring plenty of PB Blaster and a torch and also if they break, you're going to have to Jack the body away from the frame a lot of times and then grab them with some really good quality vice grips cranked tight as you can and then just slowly work them out over time.
You have a link to these?
My truck has had a clunk in it for 2 years and i could never figure out until now. My bushing up by the tire is completely split apart along with the one by the fuel tank. Looks like i know what next weekends prjoect is thanks for this video!!
Nice video! So question please- 2003 suburban in Texas. 290k miles. Original mounts. Should I change them? I’m sure they are hard and old obviously but what materially would I notice by changing them if anything? Smoother ride? Should I even bother? I have two hydraulic jacks. How hard is it to do these eight?
Torque specs?
Would you say its best to loosen them all up at the same time before replacing them to make it easier?
