Here is how I fixed the Seat Heater in my 2007 Chevy Suburban for $0! This process should be similar for Chevy and GMC trucks and SUV’s from this era.

My wife just texted me saying that the seat heater in our Tahoe wasn’t working. I’m hoping that this will fix it. Thank you for the very informative video. I’ll tackle it this afternoon!
Great video. This is exactly the issue with my 07 Silverado. I'll give this a shot before buying new switches
I have the same prblm, 07 yukon denali xl.. did you check the fuses 1st?
I love my ic 7300
* if electrical cleaner does not fix it, then a different video suggested to re-solder the contacts on the back of the circuit board.
* plugging in the connector as shown can be difficult — it can be done much easier..
The bottom of the window-switch-panel has the 3 connector sockets are on the underside. If you pop up the window-switch-Panel from the arm rest, then you can access the socket.
My 2014 Suburban LTZ cooling and heating seats do not work. The lights on the switches light up corresponding to the cooling function and or heating function but nothing works. I pulled both seats out and examined the units and electrical connections and stuff under the seats and all is connected and no wires are burned out. Wonder what the issues are? Good video!
Best door card removal install video out there!
The dealer wouldn't have messed around with that switch. I am sure you will get some more use out of it before it fails again. Who knows, it might wait to fail for the next owner and they can get shafted by the dealer.
I keep a couple of cans of DeOxit D5 and contact lube (like you used) around the shop. Seat heaters? Never had one in my Biscayne! lol
FREE! Well that’s a rip off no English speaking American should get anything for free. I wanna se you spend money. Lol well anyways nice cheap easy fix.
