That's like only replacing your front, or your back brake pads.
The cam bareings have the same OD outside diameter but different ID inside diameter..
All that for a v6

At what point does a person decide to put in roller bearings in the block in the CamBearing slots instead of the traditional bearings. When building an engine rather be a race engine or regular engine just wondering or maybe a diesel engine like in a pick up these days.
