Back on the East Coast Hot rod — WE FIND RUST….
Pro tips I can use. Thanks Pete!
Did you happen to check behind the seal around the windshield and back window? I live in Pa and from what I saw on this video, that car is in good shape for its age coming from Pa.
Beautiful work Pete
Thanks Pete! Working on my own east coast project. 93 S10.
This was a great video! I enjoyed watching it. No bull. Just great how tos!
Pennsylvania is pretty solid in the Rust belt… so it's impressive to be in that good a shape.
Nice work…lots of patients!
Hey Pete was wondering if you ever use siliconbronze weld wire in your mig welder for non structural repairs to keep the heat down
Looking good watch ,listen, learning My Friend Pete. Take care.
great video, Pete. I'm surprised how little the rust is on the quarter panel. Here in Kansas, most cars of that era look like swiss cheese.
Hey, Pete. Got that Rustang, Mustang project done yet?
Hey pete love the show
You do such a great job of showing how to mix and spray the paint
And all the sanders and grits
Hey how about the welder
I saw you use a miller and I bought a 140 miller wire feed with argon gas bottle
I got it off face book for 500 bucks
I can weld structural steel all day long with a stick welder
I can lay dimes with it even on the auto set setting on 1/8 steel
but i cant with my machine put a cab corner and rocker panel on
I just pop riveted it on for now
Another great video
Where are you located
My brother has a Karmen Ghia I want to work on. Apparently it has some kind of history to it way back to the sixties. It is also an original RIGHT HAND DRIVE.
I was first around bodywork when I was around 5 or 6 years old. Nottingham, England
Happy Thursday Pete! Happy Thursday Minnie! …and the animals… – It seems to me that there should be a a US Market for home grown body panels for all these Great Iconic Cars. We Need to keep the design of all these iconic Vehicles. Todays Vehicles are just way too Bland. Surely it could be easy for someone to 32 scan All these body panels and create them to perfect dimensions! Did that make sense people ?!!?
Looking good Pete always busting ass keep it up buddy love ya man
