There are 3 other relays around the starter relay that are the same relay. So i just switched the relays around to check if the starter relay was bad.

Replaced starter relay cause it would click and then start sometimes, and it's still doing same thing…… click and then start….

For anyone watching this, if this dont work and you have a leaking sunroof its your bcm or if that's okay its your neutral safty switch very common on especially dts 1st gens.
