It’s actually easier to drain and fill the transmission fluid on these cars than changing the engine oil. You don’t even have to jack the car up to get to the transmission drain plug.
I have the 2015 regal 160000 miles total did a suspension rebuild possible due to the 19 inch wheel set up and 2016 enclave 135000 miles motor mounts and powers steering hose replace. I recently saw one for sale with 450k on it so that’s my keeper. The regal is going to be my daily drive for work until it dies. I’m going to Ram next summer. I will always choose the enclave as a suv I love it.

they forgot the 4cyl Ecotech motor has the worst designed PCV system ever. The tiny plastic hole in the plastic intake clogs easily and if not cleared the pressure will eventually build and push oil out of the rear main seal causing a huge repair bill. My sons started at 85k and the cheapest solution was to buy a vented oil fill cap so the pressure doesnt build up and change the oil every 3000 miles until I could get it fixed.

I'll have Argue with the Oil Change in this video, They say 5000 to 7000 miles, Number one reason for Timing Chain, and VVT Failures are due to Oil Changes, I changed my Oil between 3000 to 3500 miles, and got to close to 300,000 miles before I Totaled mine, Previous Buick over 300,000 before I sold It. I see people who wait till 5000 miles having problems…I wouldn't wait that long.
