In todays video… we are catching a flight to San Francisco then a connecting flight to Sacramento to look at a dream spec 2014 BMW F30 335i M-Sport.
On paper, it looks like the perfect car. Estoril Blue, M-Sport Aerodynamics, M-Sport Brakes, M Adaptive Suspension, M Performance Power Kit!
Now this video is going to cover the ENTIRE PROCESS. I’m talkin’ travel, pre purchase inspection, price negotiation, the maiden voyage home, a full bumper to bumper vehicle inspection on the lift, and a repair game plan to round it all out.
I am so excited to get this series going with you guys, its going to be so much fun and we are going to cover everything there is to cover on the F30 chassis, and the N55 engine to go with it.
I hope you enjoy, subscribe to follow along on the series, and comment down below with your favorite part! 🙂

It's about time you got a F series BMW! congratulations!
Dont buy Meyle control Arms whatever you do. China Junk. FCP will confirm that.
Why you use 91 octane on this beauty. I think 93 is the goal.
What Rims are those?
Hey Alec! Super happy for you and the new pickup. The car definitely ended up in the right hands! Hope this F30 brings you tons of smiles and good vibes.
I actually did rod bearings on my E70 at 340k km (around 210k miles), and honestly, they weren't even that bad—driving style and oil change intervals really make or break these engines.
Since you'll already be deep in there, I’d highly recommend doing the timing chain too. It’d be a shame not to swap it while the engine is apart! Also, if you’re pulling the driveshaft and servicing the transmission anyway, definitely throw in a new rear main seal for peace of mind.
I hope seller takes better care of his M3 but probably wont lol.
I was expecting as you did all physical checks but you missed doing full diagnosis to check amongst others the fuel leans before and after build, agreed to start with cooling system is important..Thanks for sharing cannot wait for another review..from South Africa
Awesome spec!
I'm not even in the US, I'm in Peru, but I always buy parts for my E90 335i N55 in FCP Euro. They are so great!
I drive an old man E46 through the mountain roads in my town in Libya and it’s so much fun especially with the manual trans the scenery is absolutely mind blowing, I can only imagine what it would feel like to rep through with 300+ hp sports car
The views look amazing bro , keep it up ❤
How awesome is this! You can see it in your face that you are excited for this project Alec. Looking forward to the journey. Thank you FCP Euro, you guys are the best !!!
Looking forward to seeing all of the wile you are in there’s and surprise as the videos go along! Thanks FCP Euro!
Excited for new videos with this beauty
Loving your content man! Been following you for a while now.
I bought a Z4 35is a couple years ago and the paint was in this condition. I tried getting a few panels painted and buffed out the rest etc….in the end I just had the entire car resprayed! My car was mineral white though which is a lot harder to match the colours than this Estoril blue so hopefully you don't need to go the route of spraying the entire car. Looking forward to this build though.
I just like view.
ooh makes me miss my old f36 435 , it was poverty spec besides the adaptive leds , i later added the m performance power kit and m perf exhaust.
Alec, Nice ride, now lets get started…….. FCP,- EURO, thanks for stepping up this should be fun to watch !!!
