These door sill scarf LED lights also exist for Jeep, VW, Toyota, Ford, Honda, Acura, Lexus, Mercedes etc. Apparently the even cooler thing is that, the LED light is connected to a relay switch on my door connections, so whenever the door closes the light turns off! Thus it’s only on when the door is open!

B9 original led install possible?

They make plastic pry tools and they cost like $10. Splurge and pick some up so you don't expose bare metal doing this which will eventually corrode and rust.

I kind of cringe at the use of a chisel in prying off the OEM sills. Plastic trim remover would have been more appropriate.
