My dad recently had the same experience. At an Audi dealership when he wanted to test drive an Audi Q4. Let’s just say the customer service wasn’t great plus they did not even had any Q4’s in stock. So he has changed his mind depending how things go depending if it comes out in time. Then he will most likely get the new 2026 or 2027 Kia EV3 next year when the lease on his 2023 Kia Niro EV comes up in May.

I hope the technician that was in that accident is ok. But that stinks that your appointment got rescheduled. These things happen sometimes.

I had no issues with the customer service at my Audi dealership, so it is definitely depends on the particular dealership I think.
