My dad recently had the same experience. At an Audi dealership when he wanted to test drive an Audi Q4. Let’s just say the customer service wasn’t great plus they did not even had any Q4’s in stock. So he has changed his mind depending how things go depending if it comes out in time. Then he will most likely get the new 2026 or 2027 Kia EV3 next year when the lease on his 2023 Kia Niro EV comes up in May.
