I've changed timing belts on 4 cylinder Hondas a lot but never on a V6. I'm thinking about doing my 2006 Acura TL. Quick question…what was that you did eith the ratchet right before taking the first pulley off. Were you lining everything up TDC?

I'm having trouble loosening the crankshaft bolt. It's very tight.
Is it a “self adjusting” system? Meaning just change the belt and call it good?
With the engine out is very easy, try it with the engine installed, thats a different story
