The little clips that you didnt show removing have a center that can be depressed and then the clasps sort of collapse… I ended up losing one into the engine bay but overall good show and yes I almost installed the filter backwards but it didnt feel right, so i spun it around with tab facing right and all good!
bwahahahahahaha filter got installed wrong… rubber tag should be on the right side.
Yeah, insane how much they want to charge a the dealer. Got quoted the same today $190!! These dealers are nuts.
Basically it. My 2019 was slightly different but essentially the same. The plastic fasteners (2) on the 4:17 intake were a bit of a hassle so expect to break one. Loosen the filter housing screws, tip it up and yank out the old one, replace new.
